Returns

 Harllure ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://harllure.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Start a return

To return an item, please email customer service at help@harllure.com within thirty (30) days from delivery.

Process

For U.S. orders customer service will issue a prepaid return label. Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return with the prepaid return label.

Exceptions

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale. All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
